The Virus of Social Networking Websites


First we have the popular, Weblog, also known as blog are entries or posts arranged with the most recent at the top, while the blogosphere is the term that has come to be used to describe the entire phenomenom of blogging.  Blogs are essentially an online diary or journal to post musings and record day-to-day happenings to update friends and family or just their online development.  Blogging started in 1999 and the word "blog" landed on the word of the year for 2004.  

There are thousands of social networking websites.  Social networking websites have been and still will be a virus to all of us.  Many have joined all or some of the most popular networks of Friendster, MySpace, LinkedIn, Flickr and Facebook.   All these websites allows us to voice our comments as well as share our current status.  Most of us are addicted to these websites that we check our pages on a regular basis, not just once a day, but twice a day.  

Social Networking Websites is our new culture not just in the United Stated but all over the World.
